Four Points By Sheraton Langkawi Resort, Langkawi

The Four Points hotel offers large and spacious rooms with a decent breakfast spread and good recreational facilities. However, there are some minor issues with maintenance and service that detract from the experience, especially considering the Sheraton brand reputation. Overall, it could be a comfortable stay if the price is right.

Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Langkawi was a mix of highs and lows. The spacious rooms and beautiful infinity pool were definite highlights, along with the friendly front desk staff. However, we faced cleanliness issues upon checking in, and the breakfast experience left much to be desired. For what we paid, it served its purpose, but we expected more from a hotel in this category.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on the online photos and pricing, but it turned out to be a major letdown. The rooms were in poor condition and not at all like the advertised standards. Service was lacking, and the location was inconvenient. On the bright side, the hotel did try to assist with alternative arrangements after I expressed my dissatisfaction.
